Jesse Elliott has over 36 years of experience in the construction trades starting at at age 13 painting houses and building the family home with his father from ground break to finish.  He was a commercial/industrial electrician in the San Francisco Bay Area for a few years before he went back to college to earn his Bachelors of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from CSU Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.  After graduating from Cal Poly, he spent 17 years building one of the largest and most trusted Solar PV & Storage companies in the US setting industry leading standards that are still used today.  This experience is specific to residential, commercial, and utility-scale solar PV systems including roof, fixed ground, tracking ground, and car/canopy mount structures.  His discipline oversight includes Safety, Quality, Engineering, Project & Construction Management, Service/O&M, and Monitoring.  Jesse had overall construction responsibility for the installation of ~840 commercial and 10,000+ residential solar projects across the US from Hawaii to the East Coast in over 16 states.

Jesse was responsible for the creation of his prior employer's Corporate Safety & Health Plan which won a Gold Gate Award from Cal OSHA.  He developed and implemented a Site Specific Quality, Testing, & Commissioning Plan that ensured systems were installed  the utmost scrutiny of quality assurance & control.  NOBODY HOLDS THEMSELVES AND THEIR PROJECTS TO A HIGHER QUALITY STANDARD THAN JESSE.  NOBODY!!  He challenges anyone to find another!

Jesse founded JEBL Engineering & Construction, Inc. to provide a diverse set of skills and expertise to the Construction and Renewable Industry.

In his spare time, he loves to be a great dad, coach his kids sports, surf, mountain bike, ski, and work on home improvement projects.
